NEW BOARD MEMBERS URGENTLY NEEDED FOR COMMUNITY THEATRE
Playhouse 15, St. Frances & Bethel, Minnesota, needs theatre minded individuals to fill vacated Board of Directors seats. Playhouse 15, located at Sandhill Center’s Bethel Cabaret, needs to have passionate people to become board members. The theatre company board would run quite effectively with up to 10 members. Anyone with an interest in live theatre is encouraged to inquire.

The board members meet once a month during the year except during our production months when we meet weekly. Volunteers will be involved in the decision making process (selecting shows, directors, etc.) during our monthly meetings. A board member chooses an activity, spending about 2-4 hours a month during the off-season. The time commitment during August-September and February thru March, our production months, will increase depending on the area of interest each member has.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Each year, numerous volunteers provide dedicated and talented service to the activities offered at Playhouse 15 Theatre. They are the unsung heroes of local theatre.

We enthusiastically accept help in all ages and skill levels. Teens, singles, families and seniors have opportunities to participate. Volunteering is a wonderful, effective beginning to gain or master a talent or skill in a future profession.

If you or someone you know would like to become involved with any of the following; orchestra, usher, tickets, concession, mailings, costume design, organizing costumes and props, sign painting, backstage help during performances, set construction, painting, choreographer, stage set design, lighting and lighting design, sound (run sound board), art work for programs and posters, costume sewing, historian, fund-raising coordinator, play program construction, selling season tickets, volunteer coordinator, grant writing, or other theatre related tasks, please contact Playhouse 15 / Cabaret Theatre email: playhouse15i8@yahoo.com or Phone: 763-413-5263
